Alternatively, install iPhoneBrowser.
It comes integrated in windows explorer.

@Vishaal94 no. what this guy is doing is telling us how to access the files from the computer. so if you make custom themes and stuff you can get them on your ipod. as far as i know SSH is just for accessing all files while on your ipod/iphone.
