Can I download episodes of a series in iTunes, which I have a series pass for directly to my iPhone?

I have bought a series pass for the latest series of top gear and when i downloaded the first episodes it asked me if it could download the latest episodes automatically when they appear. I was wondering as I rarely sync my iPhone with my macbook, can I download the episodes automatically to my iPhone or at least download them manually without being charged again for downloading it.
