Ok I downloaded some apps on itunes and I’m getting an iPhone next week.
but my pc crashed(I’m on my mother’s pc which is hopeless) can I download the apps I paid for onto the iPhone?
also can I download the music I have on my account directly to the iPhone?

    You will be able to download the apps you purchased before without being charged again, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work that way on music. You will have to pay for the music again. ;_; Sorry!

    You can use the app store function on the phone to download the apps again. However, you’re going to have to sync with iTunes to get your music.
