Is it safari that will not let me download torrents or is it my iPhone 3G?

Also I cannot download any basic Adobe, any tips or ideas very welcome.

    you can use "torrentrelay.com" or there’s a program for torrent on cydia on a jailbroken iPhone, just search the cydia!
