how do I transfer music from my itunes on my computer to my iphone?

whenever I sync my iphone with itunes it takes all of the music off my iphone and puts it onto my computer. How do I take the music from my computer and put it onto my iphone? (all music has been downloaded from itunes)

Since iTunes is an one-way sync, if you want to transfer the music on your PC to iPhone, you might need a third-party program.
