there was a video i watched and a guy called the apple store and asked if jailbreaking was illegal or not and the women said that it wasnt illegal but it wasnt recommneded bc if ur ipod crashes they r not responsible bc u jailbroke ur ipod so yeah dont think im gonna do it i like the way my ipod is….functional and insured lol
