Thanks dude! I took the survey and I downloaded it. It worked great and now i have a jailbroken iphone 4!!!

Glad you were able to go through the surveys and get it to work. Apple will only know if you have jailbroken if you send it into repairs without restoring it. So, back up that iPhone!!
