When will the iPhone 2.0 software update for the iPod touch come standard?
Posted on 2010 under iPhone FAQ | 3 Comments28 Aug
I’m thinking of buying an iPod touch. I just want to know when Apple will make the iPhone software update standard, meaning I don’t have to pay that pesky .99 (or however much it is) for the update. Thanks ![]()

for the iphone, this "pesky little fee" is free for you all. for the ipod touch owners, probably never because iphone people are paying a monthly bill and all where we are not paying for anything but music and apps. we don’t pay for internet, so apple wants to make some money somehow. so probably never. or at least not for about 5 years or so
hope this helps
